About Beach-goers Tour Route: This tour route is designed to give an experience of Sri Lankan Culture, along with beach activities, beach attractions and Wilderness of the Down South Region with the Hilly adventure destination Ella and Hill Country cities like Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. Down South of Sri Lanka boasts sun-kissed beach destinations where golden beaches, azure waters, and vibrant marine life await. Relax on the pristine shores of Mirissa, Unawatuna, or Tangalle, indulge in water sports and beachside activities, and perhaps embark on a whale-watching excursion to witness these gentle giants in their natural habitat. Immerse yourself in the laid-back coastal lifestyle and soak in the tropical splendor of Sri Lanka’s beaches. In this tour route we have included Beach destinations Galle, Mirissa and Hill country destinations Ella and Kandy.

Trip Itinerary Highlights
- Arrival and pickup from Airport or any nearby place. First Destination is Galle.
- Galle has a captivating blend of history, culture, and seaside beauty. Its UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dutch Colonial Fortress, charming streets, boutique hotels, and stunning beaches make Galle a wonderful destination.
- Visit Dutch Fort at Galle. Visit lighthouse, maritime museum and historical Dutch reformed church. Savor fresh seafood at beachfront restaurants.
- Visit nearby beach towns like Unawatuna, and Hikkaduwa. Try swimming, snorkeling and beach activities. Visit also a turtle hatchery. Or take a trip to Madu Ganaga and get a Boat Safari Trip.
- Next Destination is Mirissa. Move towards Mirissa from Galle. Relax at the beach and enjoy the sunset. Savor fresh seafood at beachfront restaurants.
- Relax at the Mirissa beach, try different types of water sports and tasty sea food dinner. You have opportunity to go for Whale Watching tour at Mirissa the next morning.
- Try Surfing at Weligama. Weligama beach is one of the few spots available for Surfing.
- Optionally, Visit Matara, a place for do Surfing, and a place to learn surfing. You can also try snorkeling and diving at Polhena beach.
- Next destination is Ella. On the way to Ella you will have time to go for a Jeep safari trip at Udawalawe National Park. You will get to see Elephants, bears. water buffaloes. leopards and variety of birds in the park.
- From Udawalawe National Park, you will be transferred to Ella Town, a famous town in the hill country which has cool climate, panoramic views and known for adventures.
- Visit Ravana Ella Falls, a famous water fall in Ella. Spend time and the proceed to Ella town.
- You can also visit a Tea factory to learn about tea processing and also taste a good cup of tea. Visit Nine Arches bridge and enjoy the evening time at any restaurant or eating out venues.
- You also can enjoy a train ride if you need. Hike to little Adam’s peak and Ella Rock for spectacular views. You also can try some adventure activities like zip line adventure, and cycling etc.
- Proceed from Ella town. the next destination would be Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is a picturesque hill town in Sri Lanka, often called “Little England” because of its cool climate, colonial architecture, and lush landscapes.
- Nuwara Eliya town visit: Cozy colonial-era architecture, charming market stalls, and golf courses add to its unique appeal. Visit the Victorian Post Office, explore the town’s parks, and enjoy traditions from the British colonial era.
- Visit Victoria Park, Gregory Lake, Hakgala Garden, and Tea Plantations.
- From Nuwara Eliya move towards Kandy City, the cultural and hill capital. Witness cultural dance performance with a Kandy city tour. in Kandy you have plenty of options available for sightseeing and visits.
- Visit Kandy Royal Palace, Kandy Lake, Udawattakele Sanctuary, and many view points.
- Royal Botanical Garden, Pinnawala Elephants, and Tea Museum are off-city attractions which can be covered with a day trip from Kandy.
- Kandy will be the final destination before heading towards Airport for flight back home. Tour ends here.

- Perahera festival supplement in Kandy City – USD 60 Per room per night, applicable from 01-10th August. (Applicable only for Kandy stay and only if the Hotel imposes, if not its not charged)
- Hotels and other services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
- General Hotel policies are applicable at all times for confirmation, cancellation, no shows and for refunds
- Transportation is limited to the booked tour route, booked tours and city limits of the booked cities only, unless specified otherwise. Additional requests are subject to prior approval from us. And charges may apply.
- Single Room supplement is calculated by doubling the per person rate and deducting USD 5 per room per night.

- All the tours are conducted as per the average time, on the basis of morning and evening sessions and travelers are requested to start the tours in proper time in order to get the full advantage of the tour.
- This price includes city tours and sightseeing in all cities and covering main on-route attractions. Detailed itineraries are sent separately on request.
- Vehicle availability time is up to evening 6.00 pm or up-to the hotel that is booked for overnight stay at a particular destination. Any request beyond this is granted upon the driver’s discretion and handling agent’s approval. Charges may apply.
